Member Data
ChamberHive does not sell member data and does not share or disclose member data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We disclose data only to contracted service providers as needed to operate the platform, or when required by law. Member data, including names, contact information, membership status, event registrations, and engagement history, is used solely to provide the ChamberHive platform and its features to the subscribing chamber of commerce.
Access to member data is restricted to authorized personnel of the subscribing chamber and to ChamberHive technical staff on an as-needed basis for platform support and maintenance.
Payment Information
ChamberHive does not process, store, or have access to payment card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. All payment processing is handled through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Payment credentials are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never routed through or stored on ChamberHive systems.
Data Ownership
All member and organizational data entered into ChamberHive remains the property of the subscribing chamber of commerce. Upon termination of service, the chamber may request a full export of its data, and ChamberHive will provide that export in a reasonable timeframe.
Infrastructure
ChamberHive is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States. All data is stored domestically.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and context.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access, update, or delete your information.
