These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChamberHive, a software-as-a-service platform provided by Redwood Works LLC ("Redwood Works," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services or attempt to access them in an unauthorized manner.
- Do not upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Subscriptions and Fees
Paid plans and billing terms are described at the time of purchase or in your order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, designs, and content, are owned by Redwood Works or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as permitted by law.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Redwood Works a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for purposes of fulfilling obligations under these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redwood Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
